For more than two decades, I've been deeply involved in crafting and leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Cultural Intelligence strategies for companies across the globe. Coaching has always been a core part of this journey. Recognizing its importance, I've recently become a ICF Accredited and certified Chopra Well Being Coach, expanding my ability to support others.
